Our pasture raised chickens are kept on grass after 3 weeks in our barn, butchered on site, and frozen on the same day to guarantee freshness.  Our birds typically weigh between 4.5-6.5 lbs after butchering.
Pasture-raised chickens have higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids than conventionally raised chickens because they can forage for plants and insects.  Happy chickens make for tasty chickens!
 
Product must be sold to Indiana Residents on site at our farm or through local (Southern Indiana) delivery.
